Notary Services
Wills & Estate Planning
The purpose of Wills and estate planning is to ensure that clients can plan and have control over what will happen with their assets after their passing.
Learn More
Estate planning also allows people to prepare for the future management of their affairs when they are on vacation, sick or mentally incapable of making those decisions. Specifically, they can give someone authority to act on their behalf in financial and legal matters (power of attorney) or make health care decisions (representation agreement) while they are still alive.
Real Estate Conveyances
Whether it’s refinancing, buying or selling a home, Tegan can help clients prepare the paperwork, provide legal advice and guide them through the steps to completing the real estate transaction smoothly.
Notarizations & Authentifications
Notarizing a document is when a notary public has verified the client identification; taken the client’s oath, affirming or swearing to the truth of the contents of the document; and witnessed the client’s signature.
Learn More
Notarizations are required for different documents, including Affidavits, statutory declarations, travel consent letters for minor children, and authentications which need to be completed and forwarded to the provincial or federal government for their signing before they can be used outside of Canada.
Tegan is a registered notary on file at the British Columbia Ministry of Attorney General’s Authentications Program in Victoria and United States of America Consulate in Vancouver.
A notary public can also make Certified True Copies.

Along with other services, Tegan is trained to review, advise, and draft legal documents on various other matters.
